fitday.com free...easy to use, don't know if it has an app calorie.count.about.com free...easy to use, has an app dietpower.com not free, no app, not web-accessible (downloads directly to your computer), however, it learns your metabolism over time so will adjust your recommended calories to hit your goal and is a fairly robust program. its for the hard-core calorie counters. you can get a free 15 day trial. |

| I use myfitnesspal to record both calories consumed and spent via exercise. It has worked very well (lost 5 lbs since June 1, the last of my pregnancy pounds) and I just cancelled my WW online account. |
