click the post reply button. in the menu that come up click on the Img button. This will bring up the text img surronded by brackets. Find the image that you want and right click on it. Select "copy image URL". Paste the URL after the img. Then hold the alt key and press p - the will add [/img] to the end. The text string will look like: [ img] url[ /img]. Hit preview to see if it works and submit! There might be a better way to do this but that's what I use Since you requested Beckham here you go
