need help hanging swing from high tree limb

I'd like to hang a swing from a tree limb that's too high for me to reach with a ladder. Any suggestions for whom to call to get help with this? And what material to use to extend the swing's chair to reach the tree limb? I'm in lower Montgomery County.

I have heard of someone having a tree faller come and climb the tree and then install the swing.
