This thread is so funny. All the private school parents trying to validate their $50K+ per year tuition over the great public schools in the DMV. All I can say is keep paying your property taxes and subsidizing my lax playing daughter’s public HS education who is heading to Columbia in the Fall. Suckers.

I don’t think the PP said anything about their daughter playing lax in college. It appears they said she played in HS and is now heading to Columbia. In the end, it’s all about the degree because what do you do with lacrosse post college except coach?
