Quality Shoe Repair in Rockville/Potomac Area

Any recommendations for a shoe repair that works on high end shoes would be appreciated. I several pairs of boots that need rubber soles.

I tried an established shoe repair place in Rockville to have rubber soles put on my boots that were made in Italy. When I dropped the boots off, the cobbler reassured me about all his experience and attention to detail. I was very disappointed when I went to collect my boots, to find that they had been folded in half and stuffed into a plastic bag. The work on the soles seemed fine, but the boots were not polished as promised and obviously not stored with care. What made it even worse was that the cobbler became defensive saying absurd things about not having space for boots and etc...
