rebuilding a screened porch

My 1950's home has a small screened porch off the back (about 8ft x 15ft). Several screens have holes, there appear to be leaks in the ceiling, and the wood slats that hold the screens in place are rotting in places. It is not "falling apart", but I would like to get an estimate on rebuilding the porch b/c I would really like it to be more useable and attractive. Who do I call - a carpenter? Any recommendations? Also, does anyone have any idea of what the cost would be to do this? Thanks.

These people redid our 50s screened porch a few years ago. I don't remember what we paid. We went with vinyl so we didn't have to repaint.
