| I would like to get tickets to a concert in a couple weeks and haven't been to one at the Verizon Center. I think all the Livenation tickets are upper concourse and I would like to be closer (although I am using my iPad and may not be seeing all of them.) StubHub has lots of tickets but I have never purchased from them. Is there a guideline to indicate how much the tickets have been marked up from their original price? I don't mind paying more since I waited so long to buy tickets, but was curious about how much more I will be paying - 10%, 50%? Any ideas? I thought I heard once that StubHub is owned by Livenaation. Also, I don't think I want to be on the floor. The Club Concourse (200s) doesn't look bad. Is Craigslist a better route to go? Any feedback would be appreciated. |
| I trust stubhub much more than craigslist-- if you have problems I think they will work them out. Stubhub charges a min. service fee to the seller (and the purchaser I think) so there is usually at least some markup, but if ticketmaster is no longer showing the higher priced seats then I don't know how to figure out what they would have originally cost. |
