Gardein products

Has anyone tried any of the Gardein products? How are they? Looking for a Quorn replacement. Thanks!

i've tried a couple. previously, i had heard that they were supposed to be amazing from many people. however, i am pretty unimpressed and find the "chicken" products rubbery. maybe i am overcooking them?

I've used a few Gardein products in recipes from Tal Ronnen (The Conscious Cook) and they were pretty good - I really like the piccata recipe with the "chicken breast". I avoid Quorn products - I ate too much of the fake turkey loaf one year and was violently ill for a week. I've read lots of bad things about Quorn since then.
