Pediatrician rec in DC

Hello - can anyone recommend a good pediatrician inside DC? I live in NW near U Street, Adams Morgan, Dupont, etc. Thanks in advance! I'm due in July and need to get that squared away.

Michelle Barnes Marshall (does by Dr Barnes). 24th and M St. NW. She's a solo practice and we've always gotten in on the day we called with a problem. Awesome doc.

Dr. Clark at Sunshine pediatrics. She's in downtown Silver Spring, but very easy to get to. I've loved her. She has a solo practice with Saturday hours and she is always so available if we have questions, even on weekends and evening...and she's never rushed.

Do you know whether she works with a lactation consultant to help with breastfeeding? Thanks!

Not the PP but another person who uses Michelle Barnes Marshall (and thinks she's great). She does not have a lactation consultant on staff. But, her office is just a few blocks from the Breastfeeding Center, which is a fantastic resource. I also found her to be very supportive of breastfeeding in general, which I liked.

PP from above here. She works with Pat Shelley at the Breastfeeding Center at 2141 K Street, so just a few blocks away.
