Birthday cake source

I usually buy DC a birthday cake at Whole Foods, but they don't decorate other than writing the name. DC wants something drawn on the cake this year. (And no, I can't do it!) Can you recommend somewhere in MD or NWDC that makes good quality cakes with custom decorations, but without high-fructose corn syrup and artificial colors? Thanks.
