Which is why I'm still awake, 2.5 hrs later. Crap. FYI it was coldstone...usually coffee ice cream doesn't have this effect on me. Oh well.

no it is not negligible, I can never have coffee ice cream (no big loss for me really): It's like having a cup of caffeinated tea before bed, or a weak cup of coffee.
