Thanks! I'm 36D, FYI.

OP here -- P.S. I prefer to be able to try it on in a store, so if you could recommend store(s) too, that would be great!

Having 34DD and breastfed two babies, I have researched this matter extensively. Without question, the best that I have found for running is the Moving Comfort Maia. I buy it online, often at a discount at Amazon. Also good is the Moving comfort Juno. And surprisingly, the Champion Double Dry Action Shape.

Moving Comfort Helena II.
CWX.
Athleta makes very supportive bra cup tanks WITH underwire not a shelf bra.

OP here --Thanks so much for your advice!

Champion Powerback with underwire. You have to wiggle around to get into it, but once in, everything stays put but it doesn't give you uniboob. Not sure where they sell them locally, but I usually order them off Amazon for around 25 bucks.

enell. They're ugly but they work. I get them online now but I also got them at a running store in Rockville

I am a 32F, and have FINALLY found a great, supportive sports bra - Freya. I got it at Herroom.com.

Seconded. I lost some weight and ended up going from a 36D to a 34C, and I like the Fiona best now, but the Maya rocked when I needed it to. I think they have Moving comfort at Sports Authority (for trying on), but the best deals are definitely online.

To the Enell fans - do you buy them from the Enell site? $77 seems crazy expensive for a sports bra! Is there somewhere to get them cheaper?

Moving comfort Fiona. I'm a 36DD and I run in these. REI used to carry them.

I am 38 DDD and the Enell bra is, IMO, the only thing that prohibits DDDs and above from moving.

Everything else I've tried will let them bounce a bit. Since a boob job is never, ever in my future, eliminating ALL movement is critically important for avoiding 'waistband tits'

Wow! Enell's are $77 now?!?! I think I paid around $55 a few years ago (and they're still going strong). Title Nine carries them under their own name slightly cheaper...

I got a 34G Freya at Nordstrom in Tysons and it rocks. Best sports bra I've ever had. I don't remember exactly how much it was but I think $50-60.
