Help me figure out what to wear!!

I need a dress for my college reunion party and a birthday party. I know I want to wear a dress but keep it casual. I'm a slightly overweight hourglass (huge boobs, hips, thighs, small waist) so any dress that goes in at my true waist and has an a-line skirt is best. Like a wrap dress or shirt dress. Has anyone come across this type of dress? Where? I really only shop at Target, Old Navy and ATL but haven't found what I'm looking for. There was a jersey knit faux wrap dress at ATL, but would that be too casual?

If it is your budget, I would go to Lord and Taylor. I always have the BEST luck finding dresses there but they are more expensive than Target, Old Navy, and ATL (I know because I shop at all three of those as well!).

I've had luck with dresses at Lord and Taylor -- and with Ralph Lauren in particular (which others carry as well --- Macys, Bloomies). I have one dress in two different colors (same style). It is fitted on top and sort of shirred across the waist/stomach. It's that stretchy material.

Another vote for Lord&Taylor. If you can't find something there; you might try Bloomingdale's at Tyson's. I found a great dress for my college reunion there in 30 minutes for under $100. But for the best selection at Bloomie's go to Tyson"s, not Friendship Hts or White Flint.
