There was a posting a few weeks ago- search the archives to read more. I used it for 4 years before discontinuing to conceive. We were pregnant one month later with my DD. I LOVED IT and will go back after child No. 2.

My sister uses it now and loves it too. If you're comfortable with touching yourself and/or use tampons it's a breeze to insert and remove.

hated it. Perhaps I inserted it incorrectly, but I could feel it constantly. However, once we decided to conceive, we were pregnant one month later too.

I used it for a few months - loved the ease of using it and couldn't feel a thing, but I hated the feeling of the hormones so had to stop. (Obviously, I'm sensitive to BC hormones, because the Nuva Ring provides less than other pills). That was before DC, though, so I don't know how it would fit or feel post birth.
