estrogen and progesterone test a few days after IVF - is this typical?

My RE just called me to tell me to come in after a few days to get my levels tested. Not sure why - the transfer was today. What difference would my levels make now?

Totally typical - they will test your hormones twice after IVF. Based on the results, they might adjust your medication. In my case, for instance, I was told to take estrace pills after my first blood test.

I just came home from my ET at Rockville and I didn't get any instructions to return during the 2ww.
