postpartum pilates at virginia hospital center?

has anyone taken or heard how this class is? it starts tomorrow and still has openings. i'm debating registering for it.

It is a great class for getting out and starting back at working out. It isn't the world's best workout, but I found it worthwhile.

I am mom to a 2-month old. A physical therapist and pilates instructor. I teach post-natal Pilates at Mind The Mat in Arlington. You'll get a great workout and you're able to bring your baby check us out online! Aura
