Nationals Tickets at the box office?

| Can you get decent tickets if you just show up at the park? I was going to take my boys (9 and 11) out of school next week to watch the Padres game. Can you ride the subway directly there? We don't have to be behind the dugout, or anything. I don't want to be in the nosebleeds, if possible. |

Yes you can take the metro directly there (although it may be crowded on the way home-- at least make sure you have a roundtrip metro ticket).
You might want to look at what's available for tickets on both the team's website and stubhub (I've never had a problem with stubhub tix, generally they are season ticket holders trying to offload a few games). |

The Nationals are playing the Padres on Friday Night, Saturday and Sunday so I am not sure why you would be taking your kids out of school, The day game next week is the Brewers on Wed at 1:10.
That being said there are tons of tickets on stub hub at all prices for both the Padres and the Brewers. A day game during the week should not be an issue. The Nationals are not that popular. |

^^you're right. I misread the schedule. I thought there was a Thursday afternoon game next week. Got excited about ditching to go to the game...

I wish more people would go to the games. Yes, they suck. Even the uniforms suck. But my sons adore baseball and anyone who plays it. |
