The 198 number is a private IP address that does not show up on the Internet. The other address is an AOL address. However, I can't find any posts from that address that were blocked and that address is not blocked. If you try posting again, you probably won't have a problem. If you do get blocked, copy the URL that is blocked and go to the website above and get your IP number. Then, get both bits of info to me and I can check on it.

I don't quite understand this. I assumed that when you said you were blocked, you were getting a page saying "access forbidden" or something along those lines. But, now it sounds like you are saying that you are being redirected to some other website. Can you please clarify?

This sounds like a redirect rather than a block. I have very few redirects sent. I just checked and none of them go to an unknown address. As such, I remain confused as to what is going on. What is a good time for you to do testing from your home? I can give you a set of steps that you can do that would allow me to confirm the IP address you are using and then track what is happening. But, if I don't know exactly the address you are using and exactly the page to which you are trying to post, there is no way that I can resolve this.
