I have no idea of the numbers and haven’t read any doctor or nurse anecdotes online, but one has to wonder how many women are looking into getting their tubes tied or getting a hysterectomy.

Of course. These are unattractive, problematic places to be practices maternal medicine. These will not be the most desireable places to go through pregnancies and deliveries.
