Dh leaves at 7 am from close to Kingstowne and gets there at 7:40-7:45

where in Alexandria? If you need to be there by 745, traffic won't be as bad. Honestly, you'd be surprised how clear some roads are if you leave early. Leave by 7am and you should be fine.
