Matriculation statistics

I am in the process of deciding between sending my child to public or private school. While finding an appropriate personality "fit" is critical, I want to make sure I find a school that maximizes choices when the time comes to make a decision. Is there a place where I might find where public school graduates attended college? That is, what percentage went to ivies vs top 25 vs top 50 etc? Matriculationstats.org has some info on private schools, but I a seeking the public school equivalent.
