Want to sell property in another state. What to look for in a real estate agent?

I have a few who have sold other units in the building and it looks like they would charge the same commission, 6%, except one who will charge 5% if the buyer does not have a broker. Since I can't interview them in person before hiring what should I ask? They are all from big name agencies in the area.

Ask for the contact information for past clients, particularly those who sold in the same building, so you can get a recommendation from them.
