Jeff, what's your business model?

It was a while before you even did advertisements, and I'm wondering whether the site is actually profitable now. I don't think it was your initial motivation, but from a business perspective, I'm wondering where you see the site going, and where you want to take it.

My business model is to milk private school scandals for all they are worth. Not really, though some days it seems that way.

We originally started advertising just to see what we would earn and hopefully pay for some of the cost of operating the site. Without going into details, we now make far more than we ever imagined. Not enough to be my only source of income, but not far off. My short to middle term goal is to start doing more direct advertising where we deal directly with advertisers rather than relying solely on Google Ads.
