Wonders -Pre-K Question?

Anonymous
We may send our DC to Wonders only until 3 pm, instead of until 6 pm. We know that there is quiet time/rest time in the afternoon. We're wondering whether it pays to go to Wonders instead of just pre-school that ends at 12:30, like where we are this year. Our child doesn't nap. Any thoughts on whether it is worth it. We have a babysitter also for younger sibling so we have coverage in the afternoon.

Thanks.

What happens to the 4 year olds that refuse to nap and haven't been to daycare in the past to have an established routine. It seems like two hours of quiet time is a lot.

I don't know if it's 2 hours of quiet time. My child would look at books during that time (and sometimes fall asleep).

Was he at Wonders this past year? I've heard great things about Wonders, but I'd probably choose a 1/2 day program if I was in your area or could find one I liked at this point in the year.

Wonders seems cheaper until 3 pm compared to the "afternoon enrichment" sessions at CCBC. I was just trying to figure out what it's like if the day ends at 3 pm. I'm going to visit it at rest time and see.
