By "product" do you mean shampoo/conditioner or a grooming product? DH uses Giovanni brand gel from Whole Foods.

When I'm out with the guys -- spit and sweat.
For my wife -- Jack Black texture cream. It provides shine and some weight, but it doesnt provide hold like a gel.
