Arlington neighborhoods: Westover, Highland Park/Overlee Knolls, Madison Manor

We've been househunting in Arlington and seen a few houses in this area. It seems like you get just a bit more for your money than some other North Arlington neighborhoods, but still great schools etc. Looks like a nice place to live but of course you never really know until you live there. Unfortunately, we won't live there until we buy a house. So if anyone has any feedback on pros and cons of these neighborhoods, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
