He waited 48 hours and still held meetings in close circumstances? I'm starting to believe that nonsense about the GOP being a death cult.

Also did he really meet in person with people after his test came back positive? And did he know about Hope Hicks before the debate? I’m trying to figure out how irresponsible and dangerous these actions have been.

They probably waited until he actually had symptoms because they were hoping he would be asymptomatic so no one would have to find out.

A source familiar with the President's health told the White House pool on background that "the President's vitals over last 24 hours were very concerning and the next 48 hours will be critical in terms of his care. We are still not on a clear path to a full recovery."

Just moments ago, Trump's physician Dr. Sean Conley said in a news conference that "this morning the President is doing very well."

CNN is seeking further clarification from the White House regarding the comment.

Yep. What is more likely? That Trump got a positive test, already had symptoms and they announced it immediately? Or that he was presymptomatic when he tested positive and they said nothing hoping nobody would find out? The first possibility seems downright fanciful, given what we know about Trump and his administration.
