When I had shingles, my doctor told me to wear tight clothing. I wore leggings the entire time. (Shingles followed the nerve down my torso & leg). So yes, tight clothing is preferable to loose because less movement.

I’m not a doctor but know from experience that shingle rash follows nerves. Is there a nerve line at the collar like that?

They are present on both Trump and RJKJr. Most of the Trump staff wear enough makeup that you cannot see that they have it too. Serving the devil does leave marks.
