“Twitter will be held fully accountable.”

Enough is Enough.

Twitter is a private company. It can set its own or no rules as it wishes. In my private business, I do not do business with those who are not vaccinated. Turned away someone today. Great fun. Do not want to do business with idiots.

Sure, that is your right. And then other people should be able to deny service to other people because they don't like the look of them or their medical or criminal histories.

The left needs to understand that Twitter is NOT legally liable as if it were a private company. They currently have special legal protections as if they're a public space because they're supposed to be unbiased. But they still censor some posts/people just because they don't agree with their political messaging. That's the problem. Twitter is trying to have their cake and eat it, too. They need to choose one or the other - they are a private company, can censor whatever they want but they are legally liable for what's on the site; or they are a public space, not liable for anything written, but cannot censor political messages that they don't agree with.

No they don't. You're correct that this "private company" stuff is irrelevant. Twitter is acting like a public space already. They're fine.

BTW here’s the complaint since OP can’t link anything.

Nothing, according to the Virginia Supreme Court.
