Bethesda vs Kensington

I didn't read first 11 pages but if op is still reading... bethesda and kensington are two completely different areas. if i can afford, i'd go with bethesda hands down.

Parts of Woodside. Also, some heavily renovated or infill houses are starting to go for that in East Silver Spring, near downtown.

Woodside is one of the prettiest neighborhoods in the whole metro area. I live in a cheaper neighborhood but always admire it in my jogs through it

Not always. In Parkwood, Kensington houses and Bethesda houses are right next to each other!
