Here's the point: I'm sure Markwayne and his, um, kinfolk see themselves as above, or, more to the point, quite different to Deronte and LaQuisha, but all of them have made-up names. And... Markwayne  it's just funny.

I doubt it. Noem has been sacrificed in order to start putting pressure on the Democrats to fund DHS. Stephen Miller is still in charge of immigration policy, make no mistake. Mullin will be a puppet, just like Noem (if he's confirmed). I can't speculate on whether he'll be confirmed. The fact that he's a Senator unfortunately works in his favor, but I don't think Republicans really want to see more Americans shot dead in the street. So it's kind of a toss up there. |

Who cares about a college degree when the top schools are already represented by Trump, Vance, Miller etc.? A college degree hasn’t prevented any of those nutters from wrecking our country so what’s the difference? |

If I were a representative of any of these countries tasked with attending this gathering, I would interpret Noem's selection as special envoy as a slap in the face of cordial relations. Trump appointed his attack dog to a summit of foreign relations. It says: "we're summoning you foreigners and warning you that we're going to continue treating you like crap". |
