Yes this. A beloved teacher is leaving our school because her husband took the VERA (he didn’t want to but he was too worried) so they are selling their house and moving somewhere cheaper. They are really sad about it. Another friend worked for USAID.

Musk has control on twitter. He can shut down a lot of right wingers if they disagree and elevate attacks on Trump.

Musk just tweeted Trump is in the Epstein files and that is why his administration is not releasing the “true” files.

I've thought for a long time that the Epstein thing was such a stupid distraction. Does anyone doubt that all the tacky rich New Yorkers knew each other? But it so reliably riles up the conspiracy theorists.

Bringing up "the Epstein files" is a pretty good indicator of a person who is too stupid to engage with. Just move on. Focus on what's illegal and provable. Hanging out with a pedophile is not actually illegal. It's an indicator of character, but not a crime. Gossip about who is and who isn't in "the Epstein files" is not proof of any kind. And we have so. much. proof. of illegality.

Why are people so easily distracted by this fluff?
