Lol this is not a leftist issue. My moderate right and conservative friends are flipped. You should them.

Thanks for letting us know you are ignorant.

These kids seem perfectly comfortable advocating for a genocide of all Jews.

If you actually follow the facts you would understand that 99% of the Columbia student protesters are not advocating for a genocide of all Jews.
They are focusing on divestment. But why bother with facts when they are inconvenient to the narrative you are determined to stick with

Yes, “divestment” which is just a cutesy name for financial genocide of the Israeli State and Jewish population through restriction of financial contributions. Something that they are calling for right as Israel needs our financial and military support more then ever, with Iran making completely unprovoked military assaults against Israel.

Completely unprovoked? Do you actually believe the words spilling from your piehole?

Oh, I’m sorry, Israel sent a rocket to blow up an Iranian consulate building where they were holding a bunch of terrorists, and somehow that justified Iran sending dozens of drones on a beeline to bomb the shit out of innocent Israelis, right? Am I understanding the pro-Hamas argument correctly?

Good. Hopefully that will ‘thin out the crowd’ in a manner that Columbia University and the NYPD have refused to actually implement.

I just am so sad for the poor Jewish and Israeli students who have been deprived of their education because of the failure of Columbia University and the NYPD to forcibly remove the terrorists that have infested their gates and hallways, and prosecute them for the terrorism they are enacting against the University’s Jewish students and staff.

No way in hell would I want to be trapped inside those gates at night with rats running around.

Defund every university that is harboring Hamas.

The U.S. Department of State designated Hamas a terrorist organization.

Our colleges and university campuses can not be allowed to be a hot bed for terrorists.

What we are seeing at Columbia and other schools is not a free speech exercise, it is the start of terrorism exploding in America.

Round them up and throw them off these campuses.

End it now.

Notice the common theme.

Pro-Hamas/Palestine and anti-Israel protestors, BLM-terrorist supporting protestors, Women's March protestors, Pro-Baby Killing/Abortion protestors, Pronoun Brigade, Alphabet Chosen Fringe Lifestyle-types, Pro Illegal Alien types (including the ones that love them but won't house them), the "Tax Me More" crowd who won't add any more money to their tax returns because they love to virtue signal.

They are all Democrat voters and are the scum of the Earth. Each one is on the wrong side of everything right and moral.

Israel blew up an embassy. This is one of the most elemental International Laws observed by all countries and powers over the last 2000 years. Israel is a rogue and thuggish state that deserves to be shunned by the international community.

They are the engine of change throughout history, in every country and every culture. May their just cause and values prevail.

That said - I was watching some of the videos this morning, and was struck by just how annoying these protesters are. It reminded me of the Occupy encampments (which weren't as anti-semitic, from what I recall) - but in look, feel, tone, behavior. I remember those irritating call and repeat chants, the high pitched whiny voices of those leading them, the whole thing.

When did young people get so annoying? Was it always so?

This picture says it all:

I love the NY Post lol

100% agree with the original poster. I was at NYU during occupy wall street years and these Columbia protests remind me of those morons.

Columbia also looks completely unable to control what’s happening on its campus to the extent that it’s had to move to online classes. Pathetic. They are an academic institute and should shut down these protests.

They lost that protection when they knowingly and purposefully filled the “embassy” with terrorists and terrorist sympathizers. They can’t go back and complain that Israel “didn’t respect” their international rights when they weren’t respecting their own international rights and responsibilities in the first place.

Anti semitism should not include being able to stand up for Palestine/Gaza. I really feel strongly that Jews who keep putting down these protesters are in the wrong. It's not about whether the protesters are right but that they should be allowed to express their sentiments without being attacked publicly. People don't understand that universities have always been the battlefront of intense political dialogue - education is where ideas and thoughts are expressed and absorbed. Questioning and debate, considerations and strong sentiments are the way the young learn. To take away the rights of these kids is basically censorship.

NP. I saw a video tonight where the “kids” you are defending were screaming “Go back to Poland” at Jewish students. Something like 96% of Polish Jews were killed by the Nazis. Is this the side and behavior you are defending?

Except they are not Columbia students, they are confirmed agitators.

Al Jazeera news has video of students holding signs that Palestine will be free by any means necessary. Violence is being advocated for.

Jews are claiming to be scared to death of "WORDS" while Palestinian women and children are actually getting slaughtered by a Jewish ethono state. Y'all are full of jokes.

You think that “democratic voters” have been in every culture? Interesting perspective.

So are you just antisemitic, or a total racist who always thinks it's just "words" when someone hurls insults and threats at another group?

Yeah, Pol Pot and Chairman Mao were the engines of changing history by re-starting at the year zero 😂.

Only took a 100 million deaths for their leftist progress, lol.
