Songs that give you goosebumps every time

This cover came out during Covid lockdowns. It was so touching, being far away and separated from everyone.

Another one that was recorded during Covid - Curt Smith with his daughter. A mad world, indeed.

Although Judy Collins is beautiful, the version in the movie CODA (Child of Deaf Adults), is extremely moving. The story is of a CODA whose parents expect her to give up her life to support the family business as their interpreter and their guide between them and the outside world. But she loves and wants to perform music. She gets a referral from her music teacher and an audition to a very hard to get into music academy. Her family feels betrayed, but she convinces them how much she loves music and they agree she needs to live her own life. Both Sides Now is her audition. And her family comes in during her audition and she both signs and sings the song and it beautiful and tear-jerking.

If you love the song, you need to watch.

OMG yes. Always. Kermit in the pond always.

Oh my gosh. This darn song brings tears to my eyes and I don't know why!

Gosh, me too. I don't know why. I wonder if for us 70's kids it reminds us so vividly of childhood and how quickly time has passed.
