Hey dipwad! Educate yourself. Clearly your DD or DS never made it to a national showcase. Points are given for showcase performance. Maybe your coaching staff doesn't understand that and that's why you end up losing all of your showcase games. What ECNL club or individual team has performed well on the National stage. If there are any, its maybe a few which just goes to show you how bad the coaches and people at these clubs really are. Apparently this poster above falls into the same category.

It’s very clear to see that they don’t count if you look at the ECNL websites.

If you have paid attention in the past, ECNL will add a second CL seedings drop down that includes the showcase results (as noted in the ECNL competiton rules) So showcase results absolutely matter.

DD’s team never had to worry about this. You should try just qualifying without the help of showcase results. Usually the lower teams do better in the showcases because they get to play other lower teams. You all like to trash these kids for their showcase results but you do it while playing bad teams in showcases. The top teams around here play the top teams from other parts of the country.

So you admit that you were wrong when you said showcases don't matter.
