Nothing was leaked and that guy is lying. Beryl Howell, the chief judge on the DC District Court, retired as chief judge and left evidence of a crime-fraud exception to attorney client privilege in records she had reviewed in camera to the next chief judge who was in charge of the district. That judge then notified both parties that that evidence existed and Smith is able to question two of Trump’s attorneys about it.
