She looks so different ... is it possible to happen naturally?

No. She had work done and she didn't need it. I think her chin is too aggressive now -- it reminds me of Jay Leno.

Who watches her kid when she does all this stuff?

Looks like she lost the baby weight

What's the time frame between the two pictures? That's a dramatic difference but not one that couldn't be done on weight loss alone.

I just, I can't, I'm going to go stab my own eyes out now and then bang my head against the wall until I lose consciousness to forget this thread.

Let's not forget that she's still a child, and her face is still maturing. What is she? 19 or 20?

She may have had some liposuction, but I think you're right as well. Many teenagers (and really, that's all she was though in the limelight) have that plump look around the cheeks and chin. Then they develop a leaner look as they age.

Get a life.

I dont like her, but I dont think she had anything done. The pics were taken at different angles (which is why she has a more severe chin in the right one) and she lost weight in her face. Thats the first place people lose weight most of the time so its more noticeable. Does not look like plastic surgery.

It's true that with maturation the face will lose baby fat, but in her case, the change is so dramatic, and seems to be focused on her face. This article explains a bit more:

Honestly, I think its just weight loss. I have a friend who's face changes this dramatically when she goes up and down in weight (which she does often).
