You wish. |
You might be able to do worse for sources, but you would really have to work at it:

So sad, really, that you will go to such lengths to deny reality. Your head must be ready to explode, poor thing. |
I highly doubt "Petraeus was threatening to act on his own via a bombing attack" nor that "Gates indicated to certain Pentagon officials that he may resign earlier than originally indicated... Both Panetta and Clinton convinced him to stay on and see the operation through."
Seriously, this guy is just writing works of fiction. |
Conservative here: I'm fully prepared to believe that Obama dithered much more than advertised, and may even have needed to be pressured to pull the trigger, but an account like this is not really credible. No one with this level of access would be ballsy enough to leak something like this, and I wouldn't believe it without someone on the record, some sort of evidence, or at least some reputable news outlet claiming that this was told them by a well-placed anonymous source. |
Republican here. And embarrassed for my fellow Republicans. Obama can't win. No matter what he does or does not do, Conservatives/Republicans will find a reason to critisize. Under his watch, the most dangerous man in the world was killed. And yet we still hear this nonsense. This is more embarrassing than the birth certificate nonsense.
We lost. Get over it. If you care about your country, then you want Obama to have a successful Presidency. If you want Republican in office next term, then help with the campaign. Sitting on your ass watching FoxNews and criticizing the President every time he sneezes doesn't help. |
Thank you. I hope you really are a Republican. |
He'll have a long and prosperous future with the GOP machine. These guys start with what they want to believe, and work backwards from there. That's the fundamental difference between conservatives and liberals. |
PP is not a Republican. He may *think* he's a Republican, but he ain't. |
Not the PP, but used to be a Republican. I can't bring myself to support them anymore. Hopefully this nonsense will fade and we can get some sanity and normality back into the Republican Party. BTW, I would have been a McCain supporter, until he picked Palin. I understood his reasons for doing it. And I bet he regrets bringing her to the Republican forefront because its no longer the Republican Party he represented. |
I assure you, I am a Republican. It may surprise you to learn that not all of us are tin-foil hat wearing, FoxNews obeying, Nascar watching, beer drinking, creationist Bible thumping rednecks. Not only do I vote Republican, but I have been an active campaign volunteer since high school, and I am 45 years old. Rather than have temper tantrums, I get out and work. I guess I see myself a little above the screaming, yelling, name calling nonsense of the Tea Party. And I don't think I have to tear the President apart to be a good Republican. Most of all, I understand that the majority of my fellow Americans voted for President Obama. He is now MY President whether I voted for him or not. And I am a she. |
Thank you, Republican PP. Well said.
Signed, Life-long Democrat |
To Republican. I hope you live or move in to the District. We need more people like you and I in my city. |
And we need you both in MoCo. |
