Cameron Station, Alexandria - How are their schools?

We are considering buying a townhouse in Cameron Station. We are not from the area and our kids are not yet in school.

How are the schools in this area? Does anyone have any experience with Samuel W Tucker Elementary or TC Williams High?

I know they are not top notch compared to schools in Arlington or Bethesda in terms of rankings.
