My daughter is turning 9 soon and has decided she would like to have a magician come or else have us go to a magician. I have no idea how this all works -- we moved to the DC area from another area of the country, and all of her parties until now have been backyard/sprinkler gatherings for her entire class, so we have never done an "event" for a bday. So I have some questions -
1) does anyone know of a magician who comes to the house (in Bethesda) and can do a magic trick routine and maybe teach the girls some tricks or else 2) does anyone know of a place where we can go for a magic show for about 15 girls 3) what is this whole thing likely to cost us? Thank you so much! |

Child Time Magic - Louis. We saw him at a friend's party and he was good. I think he may also have a party place now but I haven't been to that. In fact I think they just ran a deal for cheap on living social/groupon/certifikid or one of those other group buying sites. He does have a bunny you can pay extra for if animals are important.
Barry Woodfield of Woodfield Magic - used him for my daughter's birthday and he couldn't have been easier to work with. I want to say it was around $325 but I can't remember for sure. Hope that helps. |
