Do I really need a diaper stacker? |
No, you don't. |
no |
Good god no. |
A friend of mine made me one. She visits my home often, so I felt like I had to use it. I will say it came in handy for when we'd buy the big huge boxes of diapers--I'd store the excess in the stacker. Eventually, though, I just hung the stacker in the closet and now it stores stuffed animals. |
No. We use ours as a hamper at the moment. (It came as part of a set.) They are the silliest things ever. |
Totally pointless. But we do use a small, open basket on top of a dresser to store diapers. It's easier to grab them from there than from the package the diapers come in.
And if you're thinking of getting a complete bedding set, I wouldn't do that either. You probably won't use the diaper stacker or the quilt they come with (at least at first). |
No! |
nope, but ours came with our nursery set. So now we are stuck with more excess baby clutter.
We felt bad throwing it out since the design was cute so we decided to hang it in the closet and pin (with a safety pin) all of DD's socks on to it so we can find them. |
I love my diaper stacker. It came with the set and it comes in handy, because our house is so small, so it ends up fitting nicely on the end of the crib near the changing table. I would not have necessarily bought one if it had not come with the set. |
We use one because it came as part of a set, but you definitely don't need it. |
Instead of buying a complete bedding set, you can buy the pieces of almost any bedding set online, a la carte. I bought a few pieces from a Kidsline bedding set this way through the Great Beginnings website (and I did NOT purchase a diaper stacker, or the quilt, or the bumper). Just be prepared for a wait - it takes several weeks for shipping when you order individual pieces. |
I used mine and still do for nighttime pullups. I am glad I bought it personally as my changing table was the kind that was on top of a dresser and there was no where to really store the diapers. |
