If you did EPP, what was your estrogen dose?

An estrogen priming protocol has been recommended to us. If you've done this before, how high of a dose were you prescribed? I've seen people write about using patches, and about people taking estrogen orally. What are all your experiences with these methods? Do people's results vary depending on the dose and way of taking it? Does the dose need to be fine-tuned to a woman or is everyone given the same?
