Yeah. I am sick and tired of the constant threats to sue DCUM. The law is pretty clear that we are protected. The person making the threats to sue me is also sock puppeting the thread. I'm not doing anything for at least 24 hours. Let her try to sue me. I get these threats on a regular basis and I consider it to be a form of bullying. I hate bullies.

Wouldn't she in fact have to sue the person who made the actual statements not the site that hosted the place where the person made the statements?

Yes, indeed. And, since she claims to know the identity of the poster she doesn't need to threaten me.
