Wanted to second the OP's question.

Anyone have or like the Fisher Price Zen bouncer or the Combi bouncer?

my first baby did sit in the bouncer- liked the bar for really early stage-otherwise it was a place to put dc there til they could go to exersaucer or in an area next to me before they were mobile- now DC2 hated hte bouncer- fought his way out - we stopped using it very early on.. basically- spend your focus on the exersaucer since they will be stronger from 2-3 months til when they walk - that's their main focus.. the bouncer is really short lived..

I bought the Fisher-Price Infant-To-Toddler Rocker. It was great, because you can put the "foot" down when they are getting sleepy and let them sleep in the seat (which is almost like a hammock with the foot down). My daughter liked to sit in it up until very recently (she is 18 months old). The weight limit is high enough that it goes for toddlers, too. It was just over $30. I ended up getting a second one I liked it so much.

I actually had the opposite experience of the PP. My daughter did not particularly like the exersaucer. She would only sit in it for less than 5 minutes - really did not like it at all. I bought a really fancy one and it was a waste of money. If I were doing it again, I would look for a used exersaucer on Craigs List or at a consignment sale (fall round is coming up). You can get them for 20 bucks. Then, if you really think you need a fancy one, spend the money.

We have the Fisher Price Aquarium Bouncer. It serves its purpose well, but none of my babies *loved* it.

22:50 here- I completely agree on getting all of these very short lived items used... craigslist is great..

We LOVED the Fisher Price sensory selections bouncer. For our son who was colicky, it was really helpful. It's a little more pricier than others, but well worth the cost.
