| Does anyone happen to know the shelf-life of opened feta crumbles? There is no information on the package and little via google. Thanks! |

| Mold will grow on it before you can recognize any foul odor or see any slime. I don't think it lasts more than a couple of weeks in the fridge though. |
| OP here. I ended up calling the Whole Foods cheese department. The fellow I talked to there said 10-12 days. |
| You can freeze it- I do all the time. It thaws pretty well. |
They're being pretty conservative IMHO. I just finished a container of WF crumbled feta and it easily lasted about 20 days with no problems. |
| Honestly, as a Greek girl I would recommend buying in brine in the future. Even when you get a little mold, you can just scrape it off. You can also make more brine and put what you have left in there. |
| Another Greek girl here. I buy feta in a block and change the brine every three or four days. That greatly extends its shelf life. |
