Has anyone noticed a recent up-tick on the speeding traps in NoVa?

I feel like everywhere I go these days, I see a cop with a radar gun. Am I the only one seeing this? I've seen them in multiple places in Alexandria, Vienna and all over Fairfax County. I assume everyone wants to raise some easy extra revenue.
