Is There A Way To Get ON a Wait List?

We were WL at one school. Is It even possible
After a school as already reviewed your application to lobby to get on the waIt list? Or is this just not done?

If your child was rejected -- they probably won't move them to the waitlist. Try to apply another year.

What you SHOULD do is call the AD/make an appointment to discuss why your child was rejected. That will give you an idea of where you might look for a Plan B, or whether applying another year could work. It's just barely possible that, if they had an unexpected number of families declining admission and your child was rejected because of numbers (not because of a perceived poor fit) that you could be moved to the waitlist - but unlikely.
