For the workouts. Would you recommend it? Worth the money? Are you toned (but not bulky)? What were your results like?

I need strength training at home. Already do cardio and yoga.

If you can motivate yourslef to do wha tyou already do then you will be wasting your money. It is like the Nordic Trak people ran out to buy years ago, they just collected dust-this is like that but not apiece of equipment

I haven't done it, although I have often thought about it. My house just isn't set up for me to be able to do it. I can't really do the plyo workouts in my living room without waking up my kids in the morning, and also, I think many of the workouts are at least an hour, if not 90 minutes, and I just don't have that much time to spend. But if all you're looking for is strength training, I would recommend getting a kettlebell and trying that. Find a class to take a few times so you get the moves down and learn how to use proper form, and then get a DVD and do it at home. That's what I do, and it's just 30 minutes in the morning, no impact. It's made a huge difference in my body. My butt is smaller, I have a 4-pack ( ) with the hopes of getting a 6 pack, and my arms look amazing. My legs are looking better, although I don't think they'll ever be as thin as I would like, but that's a story for a different day...
