What's your go-to family restaurant in Arlington/Falls Church area

We used to love Tap & Vine (easily there 3 to 4 time/month), haven't been able to find anything we like as much - what's your favorite go-to place?

We also loved Tap & Vine. Now we like Mad Fox. Kids love Claire & Don's but it's not my favorite. Have you tried Pizzeria Orso? Outdoor patio just opened.

Thanks - we've been wanting to try Mad Fox, but weren't sure about whether it was kid friendly. Maybe we'll give it try this weekend!

NP here. It is definitely kid friendly. Tons of kids there during the "kid happy hour," 5-6ish. We like it there.

Stray Cat Cafe in Westover
Uncle Julios in Ballston
Faccia Luna in Clarendon (although they don't have any changing tables)

Pizzeria Orso has really gone downhill since management got rid of pizzaiolo Edan MacQuaid.

Speaking of outdoor patios, we've always liked Cafe Tirolo in Ballston. The kids also like El Paso Cafe.

Mad Fox is great! If you like Vietnamese food, Huong Viet in Eden Center is *really* good! I go there with my 10 month daughter often. Just be sure to bring cash, it's cash only.

OP here - thanks for the Mad Fox rec. We tried it out last night and it is definitely a keeper.
