Why is the S/O post immediately moved to one forum while the original of the same topic stays

The daycare teacher who started the thread about creepy dads and other horrible daycare parents stays in Off Topic, but the warmer and fuzzier thread about great daycares gets moved to the daycare forum.

Why is that?

The thread started by the daycare teacher is really about parents rather than daycares. The new thread is about daycares. Plus, I believe it was started in General Parenting, though I could be wrong about that. Regardless, it is more relevant to the Daycare forum.
